To be eligible for services you must live in Goochland County**, be 18 years or older, AND meet the following income requirements:
- If your annual household income is at or below 200% (or 2x) of the Federal Poverty Level, (for 2023, $29,160 annual income for an individual), AND you do NOT have health insurance, you may qualify for the Free Clinic and ALL other services.
- If your annual household income is at or below 200% (or 2x) of the Federal Poverty Level, (for 2023, $29,160 annual income for an individual), AND you HAVE health insurance, you may qualify for ONLY non-Clinic services such as the Food Pantry and the Clothes Closet.
-**If your annual household income is between 200% and 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (for 2023, $29,160 – $43,740 annual income for an individual), AND you do NOT have health insurance, AND you live in Goochland, Louisa, Fluvanna or Cumberland, you may qualify for only health care at the Free Clinic (excludes Dental Care and Mental Health Care).

**Domestic violence and sexual assault services are available to ALL victims or survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence, regardless of income, gender, or sexual orientation. Services are available to victims, survivors, and their families. There is NO residency or income requirement. 24-Hour Hotline 804-980-6267.

The Food Pantry is currently in need of: spaghetti sauce, soup, canned beans, canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned meat, feminine hygiene products, disposable razors, laundry detergent, dish soap, deodorant, shaving cream, toilet paper, bar soap, and paper towels.

The Clinic is currently in need of allergy medications: Benedryl, Flonase, Mucinex, Sinus Rinse, Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, etc. (unopened, non-expired). Also Tylenol (acetaminophen) and vitamins

The Clinic accepts unopened, non-expired, over-the-counter and prescription medications; unopened nebulizer masks; handheld nebulizers and tubing; nebulizer machines (new or used); unopened nebulizer filters; unopened packages of insulin needles/syringes all varieties; new or washed hand/wrist splints; finger splints; wheelchairs; walkers; canes; diabetic socks and shoes; unopened wound care supplies such as band-aids, gauze pads, and specialty dressings; toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, and anti-cavity rinse. (We are UNABLE to accept: open medications, narcotic medications, expired medications, hearing aids, tube feeding supplies, IV poles or tube feeding poles, oxygen tubing, syringes, shower seats or toilet chairs, motorized wheelchairs or scooters, ortho leg splints, or glucometers.)
