The 2022 Jingle Bell Bazaar will be Tuesday, December 6, 2022.
For 2022, Jingle Bell Bazaar returns to Richmond Country Club, 12950 Patterson Avenue, just off Route 288 in eastern Goochland County. Convenient to interstate highways and easy to find, this venue offers ample parking, easy access for all Richmond area shoppers, and a built-in audience of Club members. In addition, we host a luncheon, fashion show, raffle drawing, and happy-hour shopping with cash bar.
The 2022 schedule:
Monday, December 5th: Vendor Set Up: noon – 6:00 pm.
Tuesday, December 6th: Vendor Set Up: 8:00 am – 9:30 am.
Fashion Show item(s) collected after 9:00 am.
Shopping: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.
- Snacks and beverages provided for vendors in break room during shopping hours.
- Box lunches available by pre-order (paid for at time of application).
Luncheon and Fashion Show: 11:30 am – 2:00 pm.
Cash Bar and Evening Shopping: 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
Vendor close-out: 8:00 pm.
- Payment of 15% of sales to be paid PRIOR to beginning breakdown.
Breakdown: 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
- Must be out by 10:00 pm Tuesday evening.
The mission of GoochlandCares is to provide basic human services and health care to our Goochland neighbors in need.
All proceeds from Jingle Bell Bazaar benefit our clients and patients – our neighbors.
The number of spaces and vendors per category is limited.
We encourage you to reserve your space early. The Exhibitor Contract and Application/Space Reservation Form are enclosed. The deadline for contract and fees is Friday, October 28, 2022.
